Women’s Circle: Release, Realign & Rise

Some moments ask us to pause, notice what we’ve been carrying, and choose what comes next. Join us at Pachamama Munai in Lutz for an afternoon circle of women, held in warmth, ritual, and presence.
Through cacao, meditation, activation, intentional dance, and integration, we’ll gently release what no longer feels aligned, reconnect with what matters most, and rise into the next chapter with clarity and intention.
The Journey
Cacao Ceremony: Arrive
We begin by sharing ceremonial cacao, a grounding, heart-opening ritual that helps us slow down and truly arrive. With a moment to set your intention, we’ll connect with ourselves and with one another.
Guided Meditation: Listen
Settle into stillness and turn inward. This meditation invites you to notice what you’re ready to let go of and what you’re longing to nurture.
Activation: Awaken
Through a guided inner-awareness practice, we’ll work with presence, energy, and intention, making room to reconnect with your own voice and vitality.
Intentional Dance: Release
No steps, no performance, no right way. Just an invitation to let your body move as it wants to, and to let movement carry what words cannot.
Integration: Rise
We close by gathering the afternoon’s insights, with space to reflect, share if you wish, and set a clear intention for the days ahead.
Why 10/10
We’re honoring October 10 as a symbolic threshold: a moment to acknowledge what is complete, welcome what’s emerging, and consciously choose how we move forward.
Come As You Are
No experience is needed. Bring your presence, an open heart, and a willingness to receive.
Please bring: a water bottle, a journal and pen, and comfortable clothing you can move in.
A note on cacao: If you are pregnant, have a heart condition, or take antidepressants or other medications, please reach out to us before attending.
Contribution
This circle is offered on a sliding scale of $22–$44 so that every woman who feels called can attend. Choose the contribution that feels right and accessible for you.
