Ceremony opens the door. Integration is how you walk through it. Whether you sat with the medicine once or over several nights of a retreat, with us or anywhere in the world, you don’t have to make sense of it alone.
We talk through your visions and emotions, ground what’s moving through you, and bring the teachings into your daily life, relationships and choices. This is spiritual, emotional and energetic support, not psychotherapy.

Meet Steffany
I’m Steffany Honan, also known as Teffa, a Medicine Woman, Curandera and co-founder of Pachamama Munai. My work weaves ceremony and ritual, the wisdom of the plants, energy healing, sacred sound and deep listening into one path: helping each person come home to themselves, to the Earth and to the Divine.
My approach is heart-centered, grounded and deeply personal. Healing does not happen by forcing ourselves to become someone else. It begins when we feel safe enough to return to ourselves.
