The journey
Twelve months, four seasons of work. Each one prepares the ground for the next.
Months 1 to 3
1. Descending
We begin in the depths: shadow work, deep inner child healing and the opening of womb healing. Your first session includes your blueprint reading, so you meet your essence before you go down to clear the ground.
Months 4 to 6
2. Remembering
Reconnecting with God. You strengthen your connection with the Divine, Creator and Creatrix, and your higher consciousness, while womb healing continues and you reclaim your essence and frequency.
Months 7 to 9
3. Activating
Goddess activation. You awaken your own healing energy and learn to do self-healing, receive and prepare plant baths, learn the plants and how to work with them, and bring sacred practice, ritual and ceremony into your life.
Months 10 to 12
4. Embodying
Self-mastery and the balance of your feminine and masculine, grounded into how you live, serve and show up in the world. If you feel the call, I guide you to begin holding your own Women’s Circles and offering healing services.

The arc gives the year its shape, and there is always space for very personalized work and teachings. I channel Great Spirit in our sessions and support each woman in what she truly needs, in her own timing.

I’m Steffany Honan, also known as Teffa, a Medicine Woman and guide for women remembering who they are. My work weaves ceremony and ritual, the wisdom of the plants, energy healing, sacred sound and the deep listening of the feminine into one path: helping each woman come home to herself, to the Earth and to the Divine. In 2019 my husband Chris and I founded Pachamama Munai, a sacred healing church and ceremonial community in Central Florida.
Our work rests on four pillars: Love, Sovereignty, Reverence and Reciprocity. I hold this mentorship from those same roots, empowered and humble, in balance between the feminine and the masculine.

Teffa Honan is a Curandera, Ayahuasquera, and spiritual mentor devoted to awakening consciousness and remembering our sacred connection with Mother Earth.
Born in Colombia and now based in Florida, Teffa weaves together ancient Amazonian traditions, feminine wisdom, and modern embodiment practices to guide others through profound journeys of healing, transformation, and leadership.
She co-founded and directs Pachamama Munai, a sacred healing church and wellness center in Lutz, Florida—a sanctuary for personal and collective awakening where people from all walks of life come to heal, learn, and reconnect with Spirit.
Teffa has apprenticed under respected elders from the Yagé tradition of Putumayo, Colombia, and carries the blessing to serve Yagé (Ayahuasca) and other sacred plant medicines within a lineage rooted in reverence and integrity. She has also learned from the Huni Kuin of the Amazon Rainforest in Brazil and from Mexican traditions.
Her work bridges Amazonian wisdom with teachings on energy medicine, Tantra, Reiki, sound healing, and sacred ceremony, creating a truly holistic path to awakening.
