A Heart-Opening Day of Alignment, Cleansing and Rebirth

This sacred day invites you to reconnect with your body, spirit, and the elements through a morning of movement, prayer, and ancestral medicine.

This ceremonial day invites you to return to your heart, reconnect with your body and spirit, and awaken the fire of love within through movement, prayer, and ancestral wisdom.

We enter the Temazcal to cleanse, renew, and remember our divine capacity to love deeply and live authentically. This sacred day invites you to reconnect with your body, spirit, and the elements through a morning of movement, prayer, and ancestral medicine.

2:00 PM — Meditation, Movement, and Breathwork 🧘‍♀ We begin with a grounding and cleansing practice to awaken the body and open the breath.

3:00 PM — Temazcal 🔥We then enter the Temazcal (sweat lodge) — the sacred womb of Mother Earth — to cleanse, release, and be reborn through fire, water, air, and earth.

4:00 PM — Integration & Nourishment: fruits, teas, and a hydrating elixir will be available after the Temazcal. We will share our experience and connect.

Each practice supports the other, creating a flow of purification, renewal, and deep remembrance.
