As we gather around the fire in the U.S., embracing the Colombian tradition of the Sweet Word Circle, a deep sense of connection envelops us. The sacred medicines, Ambil, and Mambe, guide us into a space of authenticity and reflection. Nestled by the fire’s warmth, everyone shares their story, wisdom, laughter, and sometimes tears. This circle, a bridge between cultures and generations, is not just a practice but a profound journey of shared humanity, where we honor the past, celebrate the present and weave our hopes for the future.
