Within this circle, find a haven for the spirit, a place where each woman is empowered to rekindle her inner spark, celebrate her genuine essence, and vocalize her heart’s desires with passion and poise.

Activities & Ceremonies:

Rapé Ceremony:
Hailing from the indigenous heartlands of the Amazon, the Rapé ceremony is a revered ritual of spiritual refinement and alignment. The sacred tobacco, gently blown into the nostrils, acts as a bridge to cleanse auras, fortify grounding, and commune with foregone ancestors. This rite catalyzes deep reflection and harmony of soul and essence.

Grounding Meditation:
Grounding, or connecting to the Earth’s energies, is a potent source of balance, clarity, and restoration for all, especially women. Our Grounding Meditation provides a passage to bond with the nurturing energies of the Earth, cherish its grounding wisdom, and establish a profound sense of rootedness. Through this, we honor and embrace our feminine essence, facilitating healing and profound self-awareness.

Sananga Ceremony:
Sananga, a powerful elixir obtained from the Amazonian shrub Tabernaemontana, is a transformative eye drop that, upon use, can amplify sensory awareness, lucidity, and spiritual cognizance. This rite is celebrated for banishing negative energies, enhancing both tangible and spiritual vision, and aligning one with their intrinsic truth.

Cacao Ceremony:
The Cacao Ceremony, a timeless rite from Mesoamerica, reveres the spirit of cacao, renowned for its qualities that open the heart’s channels. As we partake in this hallowed cacao, we nurture profound bonds with our inner self, our circle, and the expansive cosmos. The ceremony radiates gratitude, unity, and a generous heart that both gives and receives love unconditionally.

Kundalini Dance:
Kundalini Dance, a blissful fusion of movement and the timeless teachings of Kundalini Yoga, invites us to dance with abandon. Through these steps, we channel raw energy, letting our vital essence ascend, rejuvenating every facet of our being. This practice invigorates and also stands as a formidable gateway for self-evolution and emancipation.

Sharing Circle:
The Sharing Circle is a revered enclave where every voice flourishes and every narrative is valued. As women, the act of sharing in an uplifting ambience is both healing and empowering.

Potluck Gathering:
To conclude our enriching day, we gather in joyous celebration for a potluck feast. Epitomizing community, affection, and generosity, we welcome you to share a cherished dish with your newfound sisters. Let’s feed our bodies with sumptuous tastes and our spirits with tales and mirth beneath the October canopy.

What is Rapé or Hapé?

Rapé is a Sacred Plant Medicine often made of several Amazonian plants; the core of most rapé snuffs is the tobacco species Nicotiana rustica. This Amazonian tobacco, also known as mapacho, is used extensively in tribal rituals and is much stronger than N. tabacum, tobacco found in cigarettes. In addition to smoking, rapé usually includes the alkaline ashes of other plants such as cinnamon, tonka bean, clover, banana peel, mint, and others.

Rapé can help you in the following ways:

*Provides a calming, grounding effect on the emotions that lasts longer than the initial sensation.
*Can be used with other treatments for addiction and mental illness.
*Helps release traumas and blockages
*Aligns the chakras
