Guided Meditation: Begin your journey with a guided meditation focused on opening and aligning the heart chakra. This session is crafted to foster deep internal awareness and emotional release, setting the stage for the day’s heart-centered activities.

Sananga Ceremony: Originating from the indigenous tribes of the Amazon, sananga eye drops, derived from the bark and roots of medicinal plants, are believed to enhance spiritual insights, clear negative energies, and restore balance to one’s emotional, physical, and spiritual realms. Used prior to hunting by some tribes, it is understood by them to clear the user of “panema” (bad luck). Under our guidance, you’ll be safely introduced to this powerful sacrament in a manner that will allow you to shed physical tension associated with unprocessed emotions, leaving you with a sense of calm and relaxation.

Please note: Plan to wear no contact lenses or be able to remove them just prior to the ceremony to be able to participate.

Sharing Circle: Once we have all completed our sananga process, we will gather in a sharing circle, where participants are encouraged to share their feelings, experiences, challenges, and triumphs related to opening the heart. About the Facilitator:

Chris Honan is the co-founder of Pachamama Munai – to Love Mother Earth. He became a Student of Life following a Near Death Experience in 2008.  He is an I Ching Oracle Consultant, Kambo Practitioner, and a Host of Sacred Healing Ceremonies with Plant Medicines.  Chris is a father of two, a US Army Veteran, and has completed a thru-hike of the Appalachian Trail.
