Integration is very important for our healing journey. When we attend ceremonies, we are discovering and meeting new parts of ourself and our being that we are learning how to accept and integrate in our lives.

Integration is maximizing the benefits of the medicines and healing modalities we use by learning how to translate your insights, visions, and experiences into action and change in your life in the direction that you would like to see or feel.

Some questions that you may be asking yourself are:

• How do I apply what I’ve learned?
• How can what I experienced make a difference in my life?
• What’s happening, and how can I work through these emotions that are coming up?
• What are the best practices to support me?
• What happened, and what does it mean for me?
• Where can I find support, like-minded community, and solid guidance?

We are offering integration zoom calls biweekly for our community to help you continue your journey in a safe space for you to be, connect, release, and integrate your experience in a judgement free zone.

These calls are free with option to donate to Pachamama Munai. All donations help to provide and fund more healing ceremonies and services to our community.

Things you can do to help your integration:

Teffa Honan:

Teffa Honan is the Founder of Pachamama Munai- to Love Mother Earth. She is an Alternative & Holistic Medicine Woman, Kambo Practitioner Transformational Facilitator, Sound Healer Practitioner, Reiki Master, Advocate & Host of Sacred Healing Ceremonies with Plant Medicines, Spiritual Retreats & Women’s Circle. Apprentice of Taita Pedro Davila.

Chris Honan:

Chris Honan is the co- Founder of Pachamama Munai – to Love Mother Earth. He became a Student of Life following a Near Death Experience in 2008.  He is an I Ching Oracle Consultant, Kambo Practitioner, and is a Host of Sacred Healing Ceremonies with Plant Medicines.  Chris is a US Army Veteran, and has completed a thru-hike of the Appalachian Trail.
