Join us for a sacred day retreat rooted in ancestral healing and deep connection to the Earth. We will begin our day with movement and breath, journey through sacred intimate steams (yoni & men’s herbal steam), nourish our bodies with Ayurvedic food, and close the day with a powerful Temazcal Ceremony to release, renew, and come home to our essence.
Schedule
11:00 AM – Intimate Steam Ceremonies
Women and men will enter the Temazcal separately to receive sacred herbal steams guided with intention and traditional plant wisdom. These ceremonies offer deep womb and prostate healing, emotional release, and energetic realignment.
1:00 PM – Ayurvedic Lunch
Enjoy a delicious, warm Ayurvedic meal to nourish your digestive fire and support post-steam integration.
Yoga, Integration, Connection & Sound Healing.
7:00 PM – Mixed Temazcal Ceremony
Led by Abuela Rosario Malinalpahtli, this traditional steam lodge will guide us through four sacred doors of purification, song, prayer, and ancestral remembrance. We will sweat, release, and return to the sacred womb of the Earth.
Post-Ceremony Integration:
We will share fresh fruits, suero for deep hydration, and a moment of grounding in community.
