A morning of Alignment, Cleansing and Rebirth
This sacred day invites you to reconnect with your body, spirit, and the elements through a morning of movement, prayer, and ancestral medicine.
Schedule
9:00 AM — Hatha Yoga 🧘♀We begin with a grounding Hatha Yoga practice to awaken the body and open the breath.
11:00 AM — Rapé Ceremony 🌿The journey continues with a Rapé Ceremony, connecting us with the spirit of the tobacco medicine for clarity, grounding, and alignment.
12:00 PM — Temazcal 🔥We then enter the Temazcal (sweat lodge) — the sacred womb of Mother Earth — to cleanse, release, and be reborn through fire, water, air, and earth.
Each practice supports the other, creating a flow of purification, renewal, and deep remembrance.
