This is a Family Friendly Event where we all get to be, play, and sing! We are bringing you a fantastic Medicine Music Concert, and you will get a booklet to sing along to. We are co-creating with the one and only Julieta Ferrero!!

On May 6th, we welcome everyone of all ages to join us in a day of fun activities, exploration, and creativity. We are blessed to bring this experience to our community and harmonize together.

Many of us have experienced blocks in our creativity and expression, and through this space, we get to heal and transform our pain and shame into beauty and gain. We all have an artist within; you must connect to it- if you’re already tapped in, come and share your magic with us!

There will be a safe space for children and adults to explore instruments, play and connect, a bounce house, and an art table to deepen the exploration of the inner artist. How the circle will flow:

OPENING CIRCLE

• Introductions and intentions
• Progressive Relaxation is designed to help you unwind and release tension from your body and mind. You will learn how to relax your muscles and calm your thoughts through guided exercises and techniques, allowing you to feel more present and centered. Whether you’re looking to reduce stress, improve sleep, or take some time for yourself, this event is the perfect opportunity to prioritize your well-being. All levels are welcome; no prior experience with relaxation techniques is necessary. Join us for a peaceful and rejuvenating experience!
  
                           AFTERWARDS, WE WILL MOVE INTO OUR CACAO CEREMONY.

We will move into a Kundalini Activation Through Sound!

You’ll be immersed in a soundscape of gongs, singing bowls, and other instruments specifically designed to stimulate and awaken your chakras. You may feel sensations as your energy flows freely, from tingling in your limbs to a heightened sense of awareness. This event is suitable for all experience levels, and no previous knowledge of Kundalini or sound healing is necessary. Join us and discover the power of sound to awaken your inner potential!

Afterward, we will have a 5 min break and prepare for our
Medicine Music Concert & Sing Along

We will perform live and have all the songs printed on a booklet for all of you. We will come together in the community to explore and have fun singing along with some medicine songs for the soul, and we will also warm up our voices with some practical exercises for breathing and tuning.

*All instruments are welcome.

COMMUNITY POTLUCK & SHARING CIRCLE

We will also have a potluck and picnic, so bring what you like to eat the most and share it with the group; we ask you to get healthy foods, non-processed, and no GMO, as we strive to keep our bodies healthy.  We will sit to eat and have our sharing circle around the fire.
