A Heart-Opening Day of Alignment, Cleansing and Rebirth

Hearts of Fire is a sacred Valentine’s Day immersion honoring self-love, sacred union, and unity consciousness — a celebration of love for self, for one another, and for all of humanity.

Schedule

This ceremonial day invites you to return to your heart, reconnect with your body and spirit, and awaken the fire of love within through movement, prayer, and ancestral medicine. We enter the Temazcal to cleanse, renew, and remember our divine capacity to love deeply and live authentically. This sacred day invites you to reconnect with your body, spirit, and the elements through a morning of movement, prayer, and ancestral medicine.

11:00 AM — Hatha Yoga 🧘‍♀We begin with a grounding Hatha Yoga practice to awaken the body and open the breath.
12:00 PM — Rapé Ceremony 🌿The journey continues with a Rapé Ceremony, connecting us with the spirit of the tobacco medicine for clarity, grounding, and alignment.
1:00 PM — Temazcal 🔥We then enter the Temazcal (sweat lodge) — the sacred womb of Mother Earth — to cleanse, release, and be reborn through fire, water, air, and earth.

Each practice supports the other, creating a flow of purification, renewal, and deep remembrance.
