This is a Family Friendly Event where we all get to be, play, and sing! Come and find your voice, your rhythm and explore the music within you while learning how to follow a beat and sing along.

On December 4th welcome everyone of all ages, We are blessed to bring this experience to our community and harmonize together.

Many of us have experienced blocks in our creativity and expression and through this space we get to heal and transform our pain and shame into beauty and gain. We all have an artist within, you just have to connect to it- if you’re already tapped in, come and share your magic with us!

There will be a safe space set up for children and adults to explore instruments, play and connect with each other, also a bounce house and an art table to deepen the exploration of the inner artist.

• Aire & Sol will Lead us in a 3 Song Share, teaching toning & will be Performing Live Music! Aire & Sol is an emerging eclectic blend of many sounds based in Central Florida. Nicole and Michael are singer-songwriters who have a passion for intertwining creative elements to create a captivating performance. Through years of study as a dancer and a vocalist, Nicole has found liberation in writing original melodies and integrating intuitive movement. Michael is a talented multi-instrumentalist who has been playing guitar and writing songs for many years. Together they have created Aire & Sol, captivating audiences with energetic vocal harmonies merged with funky guitar, ethereal flute, hand drumming, beat-boxing, and meaningful messages interwoven into the music. Be prepared to be soothed into introspection, or pulled up onto your feet to dance! Nicole & Michael are here to spread a message of strength, hope, and connection to our home and to each other. They are excited to do an interactive song share with the Pachamama Munai community.
• There will be an opportunity for you to share any Medicine song that comes from your heart either with your voice or an instrument.

CACAO CEREMONY

Cacao takes root from South and Central America where the ancient Mayan civilization occupied the Western land of the Andes Mountains. ECSTATIC DANCE

How to dance ecstatically?

First of all, there is no right or wrong when it comes to ecstatic dance. The most important thing is to go in with an open mind and without any expectations. Drop your conscious mind at the entrance and just be present in the body.

You can dance as wild and expressive as you want, shake your whole body, jump, make sounds, crawl around the floor, cuddle, scream, make a headstand, joggle your head or just be still – whatever you prefer.

The motto of ecstatic dance is dance as if nobody’s watching!

Important Details:

We will have a potluck and picnic as well so bring what you like to eat the most and share it with the group, we ask you to bring healthy foods, non- processed, No GMO. As we strive to keep our bodies healthy.

• Water/ Reusable water bottle
• Notebook and pen for writing
•Comfortable clothing for sitting and dancing
•Potluck. (a healthy dish to share with the group)
• Offering for the Altar such as flowers or a fruit
• Anything else that will make you comfortable (Yoga mat, blanket, chair, etc.)
•Instruments that you would like to play
