If you’ve been feeling anxious, overwhelmed, emotionally heavy, or stretched by life, this circle is a soft place to land.
This Gentle Support & Grounding Circle is a small-group, non-ceremonial gathering focused on nervous system regulation, emotional support, and grounded human connection. It offers simple, practical tools to help you settle your body, steady your emotions, and feel supported in community — without pressure or intensity.
No prior experience is needed. You are welcome exactly as you are.

Each weekly session includes:
• gentle grounding and breathing practices
• simple nervous system regulation tools
• short, practical teachings you can use at home
• emotion awareness using guided prompts and cards
• optional sharing (always voluntary)
• calm, compassionate group space
• closing integration practices
This is a slow-paced, trauma-aware environment designed to feel safe and accessible.
